I believe that all students can learn.

Students are capable of achieving success when learning is geared towards their personal learning environment and style. A constructivist classroom will engage and provide meaningful learning to all students. I believe as an educator it is my responsibility to bond with every child. Bonding is essential to achieve learning. Students learn when they know the teacher cares, connects, and knows them. I will bond with every student that walks through the door. I believe that all students are 21st Century Learners. Students need to be able to adapt, problem solve, and perform globally in a technology driven world. Students will need to use technology to communicate, collaborate, create, and innovate to be successful in a global workforce. I believe that best instruction is possible. Successful teachers are successful students. By expanding my own education I will be equipped in providing cutting-edge instruction with challenging curricula to engage students. I believe success breeds success. A positive environment provokes positive learning. Acknowledge the positive and see the positive. Students will see the positive of their own learning. By focusing on what your students can do, will promote the best learning environment possible. I believe in setting high expectations. A higher level of instruction promotes a higher level of student engagement and student achievement. This includes a differentiated and constructivist classroom while promoting inclusion.
