Narayana Gayatri Om NarayaNaaya vidhmahe Vasudevaaya dhimahi Tanno Vishnu: Prachodayat


May we realise Lord Narayana, the Heavenly Father. Let us meditate on his Vasudeva aspect (indwelling spirit in all). May that Lord Vishnu illumine us.

May we realise Mahalakshmi. Let us meditate on that spouse of Lord Vishnu and may Goddess Lakshmi illumine us.

Meaning: We pray to the Lord, who is known as Sudarshana Vasudev Dhanvantari. He holds the Kalasha full of nectar of immortality. Lord Dhanvantri removes all fears and removes all diseases. He is the well wisher and the preserver of the three worlds. Dhanvantari is Lord Vishnu, empowered to heal the Jiva souls. We bow to the Lord of Ayurveda.

Garuda Gayatri Om Tatpurushaaya Vidhmahe Suvarnapakshaaya Dheemahi Tanno Garudah Prachodayaat


I salute Garuda who is the carrier of Lord Vishnu. He is resplendent with his golden wings. Let us invoke him and meditate on him. May Garuda inspire us today in our auspicious activities.

I salute the Fire God, known as Vaishvaanara, I invoke him as Laaleela. May He inspire today in our auspicious activities and take all our offerings to the Gods and the Lord.
