A total of 7 international staff and 16 local staff were onboard by the end of August 2013. In September, 6 additional local staff will join, including 2 drafters, a document controller, and a foreman. Several other positions remain to be hired, such as a QSE manager, health and safety manager, logistic officer, and various tradespeople.
