NECROTIC ENTERO COLITIS

GARIS kuning : dilatasi usus menyeluruh akibat gangguan fungsi biasanya ada hubungannya dengan beratnya klinis, sedangkan dsitribusi dilatasi usus pada pemeriksaan serial ada hubungannya dengan progresif klinis. Garis putih: pneumatosis intestinalis bayangan udara intramural pada dinding usus, terdapat garis paralel dalam dinding usus merupakan tanda patognomonik pada NEC yg dapat timbul dan hilang dengan cepat biasanya hilang dalam 1 jam. Kotak biru : udara pada sistem vena porta berupa gelembung radiolusen yang bercabang-cabang di daerah perifer hati.
