Rules and Regulations a) Theme: Nature Gift You are free to submit ONE photograph that highlight the

theme of FRESH Action 3.0 Photography Contest, Nature Gift, such as portraits of wildlife in natural habitat, animal behavior, the relationship between people and nature, plant life, and weather. b.) Entre fee: Free-of-charge for all participants c) Important dates Submission of Entries: 16 September 2013 4th October 2013 Prize Presentation:??????? d) Entry requirement To enter this photography contest, please fill up the form below. You may submit your photo in color or black-and-white with the use of either a digital or Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) cameras. Each participant is only eligible to submit one photograph. Photos that have been altered, manipulated or enhanced using computer software programs will be disqualified. e.) Judging criteria Content, thematic expression, picture quality, and presentation The judges' decision is final, absolute and binding to all contestants e) Rules for contest winners Winners will be notified in 7 days after the judges finalize their decision on the result. Winners are required to attend the prize giving ceremony. In the case of uncollected prizes, the judges will award the prizes to another entrant.
