TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DRAWING COMPETITION The drawing competition is open to children aged between 7 and 12 years old,

based on theme of Go-Green. All artworks must be the original work of the participants, completed on the spot on the 26th Oct 2013, Saturday. The competition will be held from 12.00pm to 1.30pm. The organizer will only issue the art block to the participants on the day of competition. All participants are required to bring their own art equipment. Each participant is required to submit only 1 entry for this competition. Judging criteria will be based on the creativity, originality, relevance to theme and total presentation of the artwork. The decision of the judges is final. All the registration will have to be done by call, XXX (XXX-XXX XXXX). Registration start from dd/mm and closes dd/mm/yy. All participants must register for the competition by submit their name, age, address, contact number/contact telephone number of parent or guardian and email, and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the competition. Participants have to seek the consent of their parents or guardian before their registration is considered valid. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to the first 50 participants. Participants are to keep the competition venue clean. All the artworks will become the property of the organizer and will not returned to the participants. The organizer takes no responsibilities for any damaged, lost, incomplete artworks.
