Human Resource Development (HRD) is the framework for helping employee develops
their personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities. It is also includes such
opportunities as employee training, employee career development performance management and
development coaching, succession planning, key employee identification, tuition assistance and
organization development.
Adam Smith states, “The capacities of the individuals depended on their access to
education”. It is also the medium that drives the process between training and learning in broadly
fostering environment. Within a national context, it becomes a strategic approach to inter sectoral
linkages between health, education and employment.
The researcher believes that in one organization it necessary that the Human Resource
Development is the needs for the betterment of an individual who is working in one organization.
This could be a treatment for improving ones organization to develop the individual
performance.
This study is conducted to assess the faculty of School of Allied Medicine as implication
to an agency performance.

This study is conducted to know the HRD factor of the faculty of School of Allied
Medicine. The respondent is the faculty of School of Allied Medicine.
Administration to make them aware of the relevant factors what affect the agency
performance so that they can formulate policies and resource available to be granted to the
deserving faculty.
Dean to know the feedback on the factors which would help to assess faculty for effective
recommendation to support continuous improvement of the administration and faculty
development
