1. Conducts self in a professional manner (e.g., attendance, preparation, respect). 1 2 3 (Dispositions: Respect, Responsibility, Communication) Mrs. Skenandore was always prompt during the placement. Her lessons were carefully planned, which led to a very smooth delievery each time. She was always respectful of students and collegues.

2. Encourages development of a positive self-image in learners (e.g., gets to know students, 1 2 3 4 positive interactions with students). (Dispositions: Respect, Collaboration) I was extremely impressed with how well Mrs. Skenandore communicated with the students during individual, large and small group interactions. She knew each of the students' names by the end of her second day of the placemen. It is important to note that she had only had three hours of contact with the students, spread out between two different days, each a week apart by the time she had learned all of their names.

3. Interacts effectively with students, colleagues, administrators, parents. 1 2 3 4 (Dispositions: Respect, Collaboration, Communication) Mrs.Skenandore was always respectful when collaborating and communicating with everyone in the classroom.

4. Demonstrates effective pre-professional teaching skills. (e.g., planning, implementing 1 2 3 4 lesson) (Dispositions: Respect, Responsibility, Reflection, Collaboration, Communication) I was very impressed with Mrs. Skenandore's ability to design her lessons to meet the needs of the students, statifiy the District's requirements, and meet the Common Core Standards. Each lesson she prepared was well planned, and implemented. I was most impressed with her ability to reflect on her lessons.

5. Communicates effectively through speaking, writing, and listening (e.g., gives clear 1 2 3 4 directions, listens to students, uses media). (Dispositions: Respect, Communication) Mrs. Skenandore always provided clear directions for the students, and was willing to rephrase the directions if an individual student was confused. She spent a great deal of time engaging with the students, and actively listening to their thoughts. Final Comments/Suggestions for Candidate: Mrs. Skenandore will make a phenomenal teacher of young children. I believe one of her greatest strengths is her ability to reflect, and make changes for future lessons. She is extremely efficient at getting to know children as individuals.
