11 stitches and 15 rows over 4

InstruCtions:

Use two strands of Whipped Cream and one strand of the matching color in Bamboo (best if you roll the three strands into one ball use your hand with ngers and thumb slightly apart to do this so the yarn is not stretched or unevenly wound). With US 15 needles, cast on 52 stitches and leave a longish tail. Continue in K1, P1 rib for 6 rows. Knit back and forth do not join the circle yet (the ribbed part should measure 23cm in width). Change to US 17 needles and join the circle carefully do not twist the knitting. Knit till work measures 20cm from the start. Continue to knit in rounds but Slip1K1 PSSO on every 8th stitch in the first round, then every 7th st and so on until 17 stitches remain. Hook those stitches over the first stitch and pull it in tightly and end off carefully by pulling the remaining thread through to the wrong side and bind off. Use the tail from cast on to close the ribbing (do not pull it tightly as you do not want a bump at the start) using an invisible stitch.
