1- The Alpha group meeting started at 2.30 pm in FTMS College Resource Centre 2- We were divided the duty out between ourselves. Searching for informations Kamarulidzlan will search any informations for definition, theory and problem of time management. Mohd. Nazlan will search for any informations for its resolutions and conclusion. Technician Rahmat will be the technician and time keeper for the presentation. Presentation slides Kamarulidzlan will prepare the slides by using Microsoft power point. Presenter Meg will start the presentation with greetings, definition and theory. Time management problems will be presented by Faith. Resolutions for time management will be presented by Audrey. The conclusion will be presented by Meg. Question and answer session Everybody will take part in this session.

3- Costumes on presentation day We were discussed about our costume on presentation day All members of alpha group agreed that our costume uniformly black in colour. But one of us doesnt have

black T-shirt. Meg suggested the members to buy the black FTMS College official Tshirt which is costs RM20 each. 4- Alpha Group meeting ends around 4.30pm
