Students should follow the following instructions before installing SAS 9.

2 Client Version Compulsory: 1) Update Windows Update upto date. 2) Original Antivirus required. 3) System Configuration Minimum P4 Dual @ 1.60GHz or above. 4) Minimum 2GB RAM required. 5) Minimum Space required in operating System is 8 GB.

Steps to install SAS 9.2 software:

Start Run type \\SAS1 or \\SAS2 or \\SAS3 press Enter Username : ibshyd Password : ibs
Double click on SAS Double click on setup.exe Follow the below steps to Install SAS Client Software Select Run

Select the default language English and press ok. Select Install SAS software in End user tasks press next button.

Select Next Select Install SAS Foundation and related software press next

Press Next

Select Client only in Products to install : and add the additional Products

Select Next Select Next Select Path of License File using Browse option, then Select Next Select Clear All Button Select Next Select Next Select Path of Internet Browser Installed in your System using Browse Button. (Ex. C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe) Select Next Select Start Button for Installing SAS Client 4.2 Version Software.

Select OK button.

If error appears please select Yes to All option.

System will take time to install all components in stage 2. Select Next in SAS Deployment Wizard window. Select Finish in SAS Deployment Wizard window. After completion of installation, Pl. restarts your system. System will take time to show your desktop. Start Programs SAS Select SAS 9.2 (English).
