I have completed Bachelors in Management (BMS) from Royal College Mira Road specializing in Finance. The I pursued MMS from Welingkar Institute of Management again specializing in Finance. During my MMS I undertook a 2 month Summer Internship at Tata Communications Ltd. Here I conducted a detailed study of the planning phase of their Asset or project including budget allocation and then conducted a detailed study of their budgeting process as a whole. They also had software to initialize and record the lifecycle of the asset or project. I also had an overview about the initializing execution and closure phases of the asset life cycle. I had a years gap between my graduation and post graduation where I worked for Lionbridge Technologies Ltd. that is into localization business where I worked for the Nokia team. My main responsibility was to get the user manuals of Nokia translated from English to various international languages. So I acted as a coordinator between the Nokia team at Finland and various translators across the globe. Another responsibility was to raise invoices for the hours put in from Nokia Office and then log in hours for the translators and check with past records and find discrepancies if any. I have also participated in a lot of activities and won prizes during my college years. I have also given paper and PPT presentation for a national level competition and won first and second prize in 2 consecutive years. After my post graduation I am looking for a job in corporate finance vertical or a research based job.
