CHAPTER III. PROBATIONARY ET ARTICLE 281. Probationary employment.

GR: Probationary employment shall not exceed six (6) months from the date the employee started working, EXECEPTION: unless it is covered by an apprenticeship agreement stipulating a longer period 2 REASONS FOR TERMINATION: !he services of an employee who has been engaged on a probationary basis may be terminated: a. for a just cause or b. when e !a"#s t$ %ua#"!& as a 'e(u#a' e)*#$&ee in accordance with reasonable standards made known by the employer to the employee " at the time +,A-AY:ON ,AY 1./ of his engagement A REG0LAR EMPLOYEE: #n employee who is allowed to work after a probationary period shall be considered a regular employee
