*Developed IEP goals and implemented supports to meet the needs of individual students in
both the special needs classroom and regular education classroom.
*Team member for PBIS since 2007. Established behavior matrix, school-wide
expectations, positive reinforcement, assemblies, and professional development for all staff.
*Became PBIS coach in 2010. Leader of all PBIS team meetings, attend all district training
as well as National PBIS Conference in Chicago, began implementation of Tier 2
supplemental supports, scheduled school-wide behavior expectations academy, support
parents and staff in all aspects of program.
*Contributed to the leadership of the school buildings by actively supporting my team as
grade level team leader.
*Established and maintained a positive relationship with both staff members, parents, and
community members.
*Actively involved in new district math curriculum development and implementation as
building representative.
*Regularly attend Parent/Teacher Organization, met with parent officers to develop
agendas, contributed ideas and school data to meetings as school representative, built a
strong connection to parents throughout this opportunity.
*Trained for Promethean Board use and became technology support in all buildings.
Teamed with district technology leader to develop professional development for all staff.
