Quality Assurance & Compliance

Developing and employing a quality assurance and compliance program, subject to Medivation approval, designed to promote performance and compliance of the Services at a high level of quality, focusing on measuring and improving reliability, speed, cost effectiveness, FDA and SOX compliance and customer satisfaction. Writing and maintaining procedures, Supplier training and measurements on all quality assurance and compliance activities associated with the Services. Ensuring that the quality metrics and procedures employed are consistent with similar standards in Medivations peer group and/or in the provision of similar professional services. Ensuring compliance with a published quality assurance and compliance programs, with adequate internal controls and verification activities. Allowing Medivation to perform audits that will focus on the Suppliers adherence to its quality assurance and compliance procedures and standards; on the metrics gathered to support quality assurance and compliance activities; and on the Suppliers efforts to improve overall quality. The Supplier will cooperate fully and assist Medivation with any such audits.
