What steps are needed to prepare a training calendar one year for our organizational and the steps for its implementation. Ans. Before preparing any training calendar first is training need identification is required. Once all training is identified now its time to prepare training calendar for the year. The training is classified in 4 category-induction training, functional training,Behavioural training and awareness training. In training calendar Induction training will be mentions and marks for each and every month as there are joining take palce in every month. Functonal training or technical training-Generally the training are identified by functional department and per their avaiblity of trainer the training programme will be schedule in training calendar moreover its in the month of April-December. Training calendar mention the month,estimated number of participants, Esetimated date for evaluation.
