ceilings to mount ERV units, and a subcontractor installed access doors. Holes were cut in sheetrock and softs to install exible ductwork and in the building exterior for venting. All holes were patched, sanded and painted.

THE RESULTS Following successful ERV installation in more than 200 homes, independent testing showed radon levels had dropped well below Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
