Detailed calculation of man-hours for the period 2009-2012 as Annex B; 3. Copy of Audited Financial Statements as Annex C 4. Rate impact of the Tariff Glide Path per customer class presented during the hearing and the revised as Annex D and E respectively; 5. Sample Computation of DSM per customer class as Annex F;

6. Summary of DSM Revenue in comparison with Non-Power Cost per Cash Flow and Income Statement for the years 20102012 as Annex I, 7. Copy of the summary of proposed capex projects applied with the Energy Regulatory Commission as Annex J; and 8. The narrative explanation of the above-submitted documents as Annex K. FLECO would like also to inform the Honorable Commission that it was not able to submit the reconciled SAIDI and SAIFI for the period 2009 to 2012 as directed because the reconciliation with the SCMD was not yet finished.
