MOTION MANIFESTATION
Comes now Applicant First Laguna Electric Cooperative, Inc. (FLECO), through Counsel upon the Honorable Commission, respectfully states that the following nonnetwork projects are included in the above-entitled Application of FLECO, to wit: 1. Upgrading of Civil Structure of Lumban and Pakil Substation - Php 1,525,059.2 2. Synergy Software -Php 2,478,304.84 That in 2012 the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) donated to the cooperative a Synergy Software that is now being used by the Cooperative in the analysis of its distribution system; and That the Cooperative, through its own personnel and funds, have already upgraded the civil structures of the Lumban and Pakil Substations by constructing the foundation for metering equipment of the incoming 69 kv in 2011 and that the Cooperative does not intend to recover the same to its member consumers. Wherefore, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Commission that the above stated projects be still considered by the Commission for approval but with no corresponding cost to be recovered from the member-consumers of FLECO. Other relief just and equitable is hereby prayed for.
