UPON HEARING the parties and in order to give effect to the ruling of this Court dated August
620L4, it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
1. The decision of the Minister dated March 12,2014 is quashed.
2. The Appetlant's appeal dated August 2-t,2013 (against the DAB's decisions dated
July
17,2013) is remitted to the Minister to be dealt with in accordance with law.
3. Issues of costs and consequential orders and declarations arising from the ruling dated
August 6,20'1.4 stand adjourned for further argument on a date to be fixed.
