Launching: Building a Readers Life with Literacy and Informational Text


The unit builds upon students knowledge of the fifth grade literacy standards to the point of application of the standards at a level of proficiency. Students
comprehension will be assessed with multiple texts. These assessments will help teachers to monitor student progress throughout the year.
