Notes from the Meeting:

Knitting Weekend 2014 Wrapup

Another fun filled Knitting Weekend happened last month! We all have a trip to
Shetland Isles on our bucket lists! Ellen Masons sweater and dress project
display was an inspiration to many and the classes were full of students
learning and trying new things.
Thanks to all who baked, worked and
patronized the guilds bake sale. The sale
earned $192.00 for guild expenses and
programming. Leftovers were enjoyed by the
Pawtucket firefighters!
Ruth Sunn thanked everyone for coming to Knitting Weekend for is looking for
feedback and suggestions for next year. What else would you like to see at the Marketplace? Is
there a skill or designer youd enjoy taking a class with? You can let her know at
Rsunn@slatermill.org
