Varioline Intercool Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. was established as the first commercial
refrigeration products manufacturing company in Pakistan in 1995, pursuant to a joint venture
agreement between M/s Sanden Intercool (Thailand) PLC and M/s Varioline Pakistan (Pvt)
Limited.
Over the years the product portfolio has expanded to include Visi-Coolers, Chest
Coolers, Deep Freezers, Ice Cream Freezers, Milk Freezers, Chocolate Chillers and Counter-Top
Merchandisers.
Since its inception, Varioline Intercool Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd has continued to be a market
leader in commercial refrigeration industry. Growing rapidly ever year, the workforce currently
numbers at more than 800 people.

FACILITY
Varioline Intercool Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd initiated its commercial refrigeration project in the
town of Mughalpura, Lahore in 1995.
To cater for the demands of the market, it was necessary to expand and therefore a new
production facility was established in 2006 on the outskirts of Lahore in the town of Kahna. The
new facility is spread over 16 acres.
The initial capacity of the Mughalpura facility was 65 units per shift. By 2011, the new
facility in Kahna reached an output of 850 units per single shift.
Every year major investment is made in upgrading and integrating plant and machinery for
the introduction of modern manufacturing methods. Currently the company employs state of
the art automatic steel sheet cutting lines, electrostatic powder coating lines, gas charging and
automatic conveyor belts.
