SIEMON INTERCONNECT SOLUTIONS (SIS) AND HIGH SPEED INTERCONNECT
CABLE ASSEMBLY PRODUCT WARRANTY


THE SIEMON COMPANY warrants high speed interconnect (HSI) cable assemblies
and all products sold by the Siemon Interconnect Solutions division (Product) to be
free from defects arising from faulty material or workmanship for a period of one YEAR
from the date of purchase from Siemon.

Should this Product, if properly used and installed, fail to conform to its description of
goods, The Siemon Company, at its sole option and upon written notice from Customer
of such non-conformity, will either repair or replace the non-conforming Product. The
Warranty term for repaired or replaced Product will be either the remainder of this
Warranty term or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

This Warranty applies only to those Products that are installed in accordance with
Siemon installation instructions and are shown to be defective through no fault of the
distributor, installer or end-user, and have not been subjected to improper storage,
usage, maintenance or repair.

The Siemon Company reserves the right to require return of defective Product.

The Siemon Companys liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of Product,
in its sole discretion, and in no event shall include damages or loss of use or other
incidental or consequential costs, or damages, even if The Siemon Company has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied or
statutory, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose.

Applicable local or state law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damage, or limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so the
preceding limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary depending on
the application of local or state law.
