preparing to do the second cultural week in your campus. So, I would like to
present an opportunity that will make both students and faculty members
enjoy the cultural week activities and have a great time.
Paintball World is the only paintball service provider in the Central Province.
Our aim is to provide the best quality of paintball games and equipment to our

Al Yamamah University needs a new activity to introduce to their students and their

faculty members. All activities that Al-Yamamah provides during the annual cultural

week have become old and all of students and faculty members got bored of it. Al-

Yamamah must concentrate on other aspects concerning the cultural week and leave

to Paintball World arranging new paintball activities that all students and teachers will

Executive Summary:

The Objective:
We think that Al-Yamamah University has a huge problem managing
their activities during the annual cultural week in its campus. So, it
needs a new comer to spice up the activities to entertain the students
and teachers of the university and to give the administration the space
to concentrate on their work while having great activities during the
festival.
The Goals:

• Offering new activities to students and staff.

• Introducing new activity, which is paintball that has become on

of the most popular games around the world.

• Providing competitive atmosphere, arranging games and

challenges between students and faculty members.
The Solution:
Paintball World is the only paintball service provider in the Central
province in Saudi Arabia. And, we intend to provide the new game to
the students and staff members of Al-Yamamah University. All the
staff members of Paintball World are well trained and qualified to
introduce the modern Paintball to Al-Yamamah University.

These are our four stages that students and teachers will play in:

• Desert stage (Arabian Environment).

• African stage (Jungle Environment).

• Indoors stage (Inside buildings).

• European stage (Castles Environment).

Paintball World will provide the service including:

• Training students (upon request).

• Giving instruction of the game.

• Organizing Paintball activity.

• Selling extra equipments to the customers such as Smoking

 Bombs and extra paintball bullets.

Client Operations:

Al-Yamamah University is a privately owned university, it started at the year 2004

with approximately 70 faculty members, and around 200 students. Nowadays, Al-

Yamamah University has approximately 150 staff members, and almost more than

1,000 male students. Al-Yamamah has come a long way from 270 people located

inside its campus, up to around 1,200 people today. Al Yamamah University is a

university that is known to be the best educational institution that introduces cultural

activities to the community. Therefore, the university needs a new activity so it can

entertain all those people, and Paintball World will be willing to be loyal to Al-

Yamamah University, its students and staff members, by providing them with the best

paintball provider at the Kingdom. Also, it is the duty of Paintball World to introduce

to Al-Yamamah University the most popular game in the world since 2007.

The main costs of implementing a temporary branch of Paintball World at Al
Yamamah University will be estimated as the following:
Start-up Costs:

Contract and Terms:

Approval of implementing the branch ''set up'':

• 50% at contract signing ''50,000 SR''.

• 50% at the end of the cultural week “50,000 SR”.

Week Fees: (Paid at the end of the cultural week, ex.)

• Electricity bill.

• Equipments needed to install the stages and installation.

Minimum Term of this Contract / Maximum Term of this Contract ''End of Contract'':

• The end of the cultural week.

Special/ Aditional equipments:

• At the same price.

• Paid at the end of the contract.

If the event cancellation for any reason:

• Paintball World must be informed before two days of the beginning of the
cultural week.

• If the event is cancelled after two days, no refunds will be given back.

• All costs that must be paid at the end of the contract will be cancelled.

For Late payments:

• After one week of the festival, late payments will be assessed.

• In every late payment there will be extra 15 % on its cost.

These terms can be discussed before signing the contract and the final terms will be in
provided in the contract.

Benefits:
When you approve of implementing the new activity of Paintball World at AL-
Yamamah University, there will be a lot of benefits, and some of these benefits are:

• Al Yamamah students, staff and faculty member will be the first to experience
and practice paintball comparing to all Saudi and Arabian educational
institutions.

• The students and staff members of the university will be able to have more
enjoyable activity for lower costs.

• There will be opportunity for Saudi youth to practice their ability to use guns
legally.

• Presenting high quality to the students and faculty members.

• Challenges and competition between both students and faculty members that
will benefit both of them.

• The opportunity to attract more people to the cultural week specially the
youth.

• The opportunity to attract sport media to the cultural week.

• The opportunity to form a formal team of Al Yamamah Students to compete

overseas.

We offer our whole staff for your service to make this activity successful at the
festival. We will assign two managers in order to organize and operate the Paintball
activity during this cultural week in different shifts.
