To
Whom
It
May
Concern:
It
gives
me
immense
pleasure
to
write
this
letter
on
behalf
of
Ms.
Haylee
Hanson.
I
had
the
opportunity
to
supervise
Haylee
throughout
the
summer
of
2013
in
Landstuhl,
Germany
while
she
served
as
a
Lead
Intern
in
a
Child
Development
Center
for
Camp
Adventure
Child
&
Youth
Services.
Camp
Adventure
is
a
service-learning
program
headquartered
at
the
University
of
Northern
Iowa
that
helps
to
supplement
staff
in
child
and
youth
programs
on
U.S.
military
installations
around
the
world.
As
the
Lead
Intern,
Haylee
provided
managerial
and
leadership
supervision
on
a
U.S.
Army
base
in
Germany.
Throughout
the
summer
she
continued
to
exceed
my
expectations
with
her
confidence,
professionalism,
and
ability
to
work
with
children.
Haylee
is
a
highly
motivated
individual
who
always
had
a
positive
outlook
on
work.
She
understands
the
dynamics
of
working
with
children
and
has
an
outstanding
commitment
to
their
development
and
well-being.
Haylee
was
eager
to
help
other
staff
members
prepare
activities
throughout
the
summer
and
worked
well
in
a
team
setting.
She
has
exceptional
leadership
abilities
and
received
extensive
praise
from
myself,
co-workers,
and
parents
on
her
ability
to
lead
a
group
of
children
effectively.
Haylee
is
a
hard-working,
motivated
individual
that
strives
to
do
her
best
at
everything
she
does.
I
have
strong
confidence
that
Haylee
Hanson
will
be
one
of
the
most
promising
candidates
in
your
program
and
will
make
outstanding
contributions
while
at
your
school.
If
you
have

further

please
