i. Did the meeting start on time?
ii. How many people show up on time in the meeting?
iii. Is the club’s property properly displayed? If not, why?
2. Beginning of Meeting
 Toastmaster
i. Did the master have the transition between each
assignment takers (say some words)?
ii. Did the master confirm the participation of assignment
takers in advance? (by mail or call)
iii. How did the mater explain the theme of tonight?
iv. How did the master introduct the assignment takers?
Clear? Specific? Interested?
 Three Helpers
i. Did the helpers remember the script?
ii. Did the helpers use creative way to introduce his/her
assignment?
iii. were the helpers nervous ?
 Joke Session Master
i. How many people tell jokes in the whole session?
ii. Did the master call the members to prepare jokes in
advance?
iii. Did the master have the transition between joke tellers
(say some words)?
 Table topic Master
i. Did the master use the topic about tonight’s theme?
ii. Did the master call the members who already have
assignment?
iii. How many people express their opinion on the stage?
iv. Did the master try to ask more members to express
their opinion as possibile as he/she can.?
