Cel putin pana la 1 an laptelematern ramane principala sursa de hrana (600 1200 ml). Intre 12
24 luni,macar 50% din necesar este acoperit de laptele matern (500 750 ml).
6 9 luni: doua mese solide pe zi, intre 2 si 5 lingurite (daca bebelusul vrea mai mult, e ok, dar
sa nu se depaseasca 100g zilnic) + alaptat cat cuprinde

se poate incepe cu o singura masa, inainte sau dupa alaptat, dimineata sau pranz (pana in
ora 14h00) sa se observe mai usor daca sunt reactii adverse; dupa o saptamana, se
introduce a doua masa, dupa-amiaza (14h00 16h00) din aceleasi considerente, cu atat
mai mult daca alimentele sunt diferite
regula de 3 zile : dupa prima combinatie (3 legume), se scoate cate una si se introduce
alta (ex. ai facut supica/piure de ceapa, morcov, cartof, dupa 3 zile, scoti cartof si bagi
dovlecel), fiecare element nou se testeaza 3 zile, fara a introduce altul. Daca e ok,
poate fi introdus oricand in combinatii.
10 12 luni : 3 mese pe zi, cam cat manuta copilului + alaptat cat cuprinde
12+ : 3 mese si doua gustari (gustarile pot fi lapte matern) + alaptat cat cuprinde

Interzise pana la 3 4 ani : zahar, sare, apa minerala acidulata sau alte sucuri acidulate, cacao,
ciocolata.
Cerealele necesare dupa 9 luni, dar unele pot fi folosite inca de la 6 luni (se considera ca
rezervele de fier din organismul bebelusui scad in timp, atingand nivel minim spre 9 luni.
Single-grain cereals se introduce prima data: orez, ovaz, treptat altele, graul peste 1 an.
Eu mi-am scos o lista de alimentele care au un continut important de fier, sa aleg cand va fi mai maricel
- orez brun - o ceasca preparat - 0.8 mg
- paine integrala de grau - 1 felie - 0.9 mg
- germeni de grau - 2 linguri - 11 mg
- briosa - 1 briosa simpla - 1.4 mg
- fulgi de ovaz - 1 ceasca preparata - 1.6 mg

When your baby's between 8 and 9 months old, she'll probably let you know that she's ready to start feeding herself
by grabbing the spoon you're feeding her with or snatching food off your plate.
At first, your baby may just rake food into her hand and bring it to her mouth, but eventually she'll figure out how to
use her thumb and forefinger to pick up food. This fine motor skill is called the pincer grasp.

Simply scatter four or five pieces of finger food onto your baby's highchair tray or an unbreakable plate. You can add
more pieces of food as your baby eats them.
Feeding your baby in a highchair rather than in a car seat or stroller will reduce the risk of choking and teach him that
a highchair is the place to eat.

Your baby may have a good appetite, but she probably doesn't have many teeth, so start with foods that she can
gum or that will dissolve easily in her mouth. As she grows into a toddler, you'll be able to give her bite-size pieces of
whatever you're eating.
