MacKenzie A 11 October 2013 10:28 Bus Bill Consulation on Bus Bill (Attn lain Gray) am writing as a resident of North Berwick and a regular bus user, particularly the X24/124, 120 and 253 routes in East Lothian (and frequently Lothian Buses too). Good moming lain | think that the consultation paper is excellent, with very good analysis of the current situation with bus services in Scotland, ‘There is no doubt in my mind that some degree of re-regulation should be brought about and I hope that your thoughts can be developed into a full Bll, The withdrawal of Sunday services on Eve's 120 and 130 routes recently without any warning or discussion is a good example of the kind of problem which bus users, particularly in rural areas, are facing in Scotland, I'm sorty that these comments are rather brief but | wish you well with the proposed Bill anyway.
