Hints
The Heart Of Liberty City
First, you'll have to have access to Happiness Island. Once you're able to go there legally, find the
Helicopter Tours (which is directly east of Happiness Island) and steal a helicopter. Fly to Happiness
Island and over the Statue of Liberty, then jump out of the helicopter at the statue's feet. You should
land on the topmost tier of the statue, which is basically a square platform with a door in the center of
each side. Run around the platform until you see a door with a plaque on either side of it that reads, "No
Hidden Content Here." It may seem like you cannot go through the door, but you can-- it doesn't open,
you simply walk THROUGH the door. Inside, you'll find an empty room with a tall ladder. Climb it, and
when you reach the top, look up; there is a gigantic beating heart, held in place by chains.

Invisible Helicopter
Get into a helicopter and fly straight in any direction. Keep flying off the map, and after a long time, your
Radar will begin to blink as if you are being chased by cops. Then your health will begin to go down. (You
will need the health cheat in order to go any further.) soon after, you and your Helicopter will turn
invisible. (NOTE: This takes VERY long to do. Anywhere from a half hour or longer.)

Repairing The Engine

If the vehicle you are driving breaks down and the engine will not start, call 911, and your engine should
start again.

Where It Never Rains

When it is raining you can get in a helicopter and hold R2 you will start to go up and eventually it will
stop raining (it will take about a minute).

Easy Money
Go to an ATM, then cause a traffic jam to the area. Wait for someone to take money from the ATM, then
kill him or her. Make sure to block any nearby roads so the ambulance cannot get to the murdered
victim. Take the money they dropped on the ground. Then, run a short distance away, and go back. The
money should have respawned on the ground. You can repeat this as many times as desired. You can
also kill more people taking their money from the ATM to increase the amount of money that respawns.

Easy Kills Online

Start with a simple Deathmatch. First, go to custom match from your phone and open two private slots,
to make sure you are captain of your game, next set the weapon option to "all", then start the match,
and look for an AK-47 (called Assault Rifle in the game) and some armor, finally shoot all those players in
the head. Shot one gets rid of their armor, shot two lowers their health to one dot, and the last one
doesn't have to be in the head to kill them. You can skip all of this and just go to the head shots if you
want to take the fun out of it.

Bus
If you like busses, then go to denver-exeter ave in star junction, somewhere around there will be a bus.

Shopping
If you just feel like wasting some of that hard earned cash u just got, why not go shopping for clothes.
It'll take about $600-$700 to buy EVERYTHING in the Russian store in Broker. (Bring $800 just in case).

China Shop Break-in

Go to the China Shop from the Vlad mission's. Use a baseball bat to bust out the right window and then
smash only the top layer of pots on the shelf display behind the window. You should be able to then
jump through the window to either rob the register or throw off others in a multiplayer. The only way
out is to run straight into the back walls of the shop. You will be automaticly teleported into the middle
of the street outside or in the parking area behind the shop.

The Heart Of New York

To find the heart of New York, you will need a helicopter. Fly the helicopter towards the Statue of
Liberty's crown. If you are lucky, you can jump out of the helicopter and into the crown. Find a ladder
and climb down. Keep looking until you find the heart.

Mission:destruction For Beginners

First, go to the vehicle with the weapons in an alley down town. Get in and retrive the weapons, then
look at the wall on the left side when you get out the weapon vehicle. Go on it and press L1, then move
the left thumbstick up. You should start going up. When you are all the way up, you are going to have to
take out 3 watch men. They are all on cranes. After that, get back on the wall rider and go down. Go in
the hummer you drove to get there. Go to the constuctionsite and keep the vehicle. Kill them. Go on thu
ramp in the back in the car, and make a u-turn. You should see a big ramp on the side of the building. Go
on it, and stop at the top. Get out and kill them. Get in car when done, and go on the bridge to the left.
Go, and then turn right, then left. Stop where the building ends. Get out and kill them they will have one
in the back. Get back in, and they will have a helicopter come destroy it. You will need the health
cheat:3625550100. Use it. When done get back in your car and go to the place where the red mark is.
He will be running on roof tops. Chase him. Kill him. You should get $6500.

Great Hiding Spot...

If you go to where the Angels of Death hideout is and look up and a little straight at it, you will see that
there is a giant opening in the 2nd floor. It is a great hiding spot because no police can reach and the
sniper helicopters can't shoot through the wall because they wont be able to shoot right at you because
of the path and the way it is built there.

Unlimited Money

In order to start this trick you have to go to the heli-tour place near Fishmarket South on the bottom of
the middle island. Go to the helipad at the front of the line for tours. Walk further away from the line
and wait for people to pass you. Beat up a bunch of people, and let the bodies pile up. Money will begin
to appear and when you pick it up, more will appear. The more bodies there are then the more money
appears.

China Shop Breakin

Go back to the China shop from the Vlad missions. Use the baseball bat, break out the right window and
just the top layer of pots on display. If done exactly you should be able to jump through the window and
rob the register. To exit the building you need only walk to the back walls. You will then be transported
into the middle of the street outside or in the parking lot in back. Good trick to throw off others in a
multiplayer.

Find Busses In Broker

When you are in Broker and you want a bus, go to Munsee Avenue by the Algonquin-Dukes Expressway
and underneath the expressway there is busses located in the area. Note: There is also busses located in
Algonquin on Denver-Exeter Avenue.

Sniper Tactics For Online Play First don't shoot from a rooftop that only will draw fire after you shoot.
Firing from a far away spot on the ground works best.
Two take your shoot and after that move to a different spot.
Three don't shoot at anyone you don't think you can hit.
Finally distance is your friend don't get to close you won't last long.
