WARRANTY

Veris warrants to the original purchaser of the Verabar flow sensor and associated
hardware manufactured by Veris, Inc. to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal installation and use. The obligation of Veris under this
warranty shall be limited to replacing at the Veris plant any part or parts which may
prove defective under normal installation and use within five (5) years from the date of
installation, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective.
In addition to replacing any part or parts found to our satisfaction to be defective, we will
pay the cost of shipment to return the defective part to our plant and will ship the
replacement part to the original purchaser.

This warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including
the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations on our
part, and we neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any other
liability in connection with the sale of the goods. This warranty and liabilities of Veris
thereunder are exclusive and in lieu of and the buyer hereby waives other remedies,
warranties, guaranties or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise
(including, without limitation), any obligation of Veris for consequential damages) or
whether or not occasioned by the negligence of Veris. This warranty shall not apply to
any part which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse.
