We will be saying farewell to Willem on Monday 22 nd December at 13:30 in the

Flint Theatre, Coninckstraat 60, 3811 WK, Amersfoort. Afterwards there will be the
opportunity for informal condolences.
Instead of flowers we would appreciate donations to the Queen Wilhelmina Fund.
