SEA HSE & Technical Manager

Work Responsibility:
Will be coordinating for about 5 plants and 5 projected new plants, modestly PMB
4 main technologies: PMB, SB, HMPSA, WB
Work scope will be within South East Asia: Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia
Responsible for promoting the best manufacturing process, HSE guidelines within SEA region
Drive continuous growth and improvement to meet business development and financial performance needs
Set metrics & methodologies
Provide technical support to plants
Overview and support production transfer
Work Other Qualification:
Chemical Engineering Graduate
Excellent English communication skills
Culturally attuned to different SEA countries
Willing to travel and stay for 1-2 or more months in different SEA countries
