Highlight - Unsafe Condition:

When the security guard (Parno. W) is guarding the main gate alone, he must go to the portal gate in hurry because there is a vehicle
that will go in to Kalijapt Base area. He walks for releasing the portal tie to open the gate but he is still bringing a cup of drinking water.
Suddenly, the water in his hand spill on the floor, without looking on the floor surface he keep walking. The floor became a little slippery,
so he slips and his forehead crash on the glass door of security main gate post. Due to this accident, his left temple gets a little wound.
He goes to the Kalijapat Base clinic to clean the wound and geeting a low medical treatment.
