Leading a team of HCDE seniors to create an astronaut glove for
missions to Mars via a user centered design process. Technologies
used include Arduino biometric sensors, 3D printing and self-healing
fabrics, and wearable touch screens.

Washington Earth and Space Sciences

September 2011-present
Leading initiative to 3D print entire rockets and integrate 3D printed
parts on rocket systems. Successfully built and launched first 3D
printed rocket for the University of Washington. Supervision and
funding by NASA Washington Space Grant and the University of
Washington.

Led a team of graduate and undergraduate students to develop a
prototype highly-scalable and deployable emergency warning system
for the university, signaled by the University of Washingtons Twitter
messages.

research, and user centered design processes including: wireframing,
prototyping, storyboarding, personas, mood boards, conducting
ethnographic studies, observations, surveying, interviewing, and
analyzing data

languages and with front-end web development
Familiarity with visual and graphic design concepts.
Significant experience as a technical project manager using both
agile and waterfall methodologies
