Mode of Operation:
1. Fresh air enters the AHU and flows through the filter banks
2. The air is pre-cooled and dehumidified before it further cooled by the chilled water coil.
3. The chilled water coil cools the air to the required dew-point (DP) temperature
4. The air is finally conditioned to the desired humidity level through the Reheat Coil
5. HEPA filters are optional to clean the air from solid particles before it enters the space.
