Cabernet Sauvignon este cel mai reprezentativ vin rosu al zonei viticole cu denumirea de

origine Dealu Mare. Vinul, prin culoarea sa rosie, inchisa, intensa, prin aroma si gustul
strugurilor bine copti care l-au potentat, impresioneaza pe cel care are privilegiul sa-l
cunoasca. Coloana vertebrala, ferma si tipica, a Cabernet-ului Sauvignon reprezinta un
rezultat al simbiozei perfecte dintre soi si zona Dealu Mare. Prin maturare si invechire,
culoarea vinului evolueaza in rosu-granat, fara sa piarda prea mult din intensitate. Peste
timp, aroma vinului devine mai suava si aminteste deopotriva de mirodenii, de iarba
uscata sau poate chiar si de pielea de cea mai buna calitate. Gustul Cabernet-ului amplu
este potentat deopotriva de un extract bogat si de un continut ridicat de taninuri.
Se consum la o temperatur de 16 - 18 grade Celsius, n general la fripturi sau paste cu
sos, midi, ciocolata ( de preferat neagra , amaruie ) .

Vinurile sunt pastrate in vinoteca in pozitie orizontala la temperatura si umiditate
constanta.
Deschideti sticlele vechi cu macar jumatate de ora inainte de degustare.
Pentru vinurile care au "depozit" (absolut normal si natural), folositi decantoare.
