AEP for Protocol purposes: i. All Government Ministries/Departments may be issued AEFs for Zone ‘C’ for their protocol officers whose applications are verified by the Joint Secretary of the Ministry/Department in the prescribed Performa; . ii. Any protocol requirement beyond Zone ‘C’ will be met by the concerned. Airport Operator, free of cost, in respect of dignitaries who are exempted from pre-embarkation security checks; ui, _AEPs for protocol purposes to the employes of MEA will be issued upon the written request of Joint Secret (Protocol), MEA for : i the requested Zones to meet the international obligations of receiving and send off to VVIPs wv. In respect of staff of Embassies/High Commissions / Missions, issue of AEPs shall be on reciprocal basis under the recommendation of Joint Secretary (Protocol), MEA. - No transferable AEP shall be adpugc-unless specifically recommended by the MEA on the principle iai@ieciprocity. Me AEPs may be issued on medical, security and functional Mocnerations for any other category as per thé directions issued by ol
