BBEELLLL CORPORATION!
QUARTER 4 REPORT <40>

!
General Summary of Quarter 4
!

We have put our OUUUUUTFITS Store on sale because it starts to be unprofitable. The
OUUUUUTFITS Store has not been bought yet. In this quarter, we have opened an office, a new retail store,
and a warehouse in South Africa. The products we sell in the new store are cap, baseball cap, business
clothes and cellular phone. The store size is 500 sq.m. in the city centre with 7 employees. The salary we pay
for the employee is higher than the city average in order to have a skilled and qualified employees. The city
we choose is Johannesburg. We chose to open our retail store and office in Johannesburg, South Africa
because weve done a research that clothes business are very popular and profitable in that city. The prime
cost is very low and we see that we could sell our products in much higher price, so we chose to open here.
The taxes in this city is also very low comparing to other countries and cities.
We have already achieved our future growth and profit plan from quarter 3. We check the products in
our stock and the prime cost more often. This plan helps our company not to get much losses in case that the
products run out or when the suppliers change their prices. Moreover, we expanded from Valencia, Venezuela
to Johannesburg, South Africa as mentioned. We opened a new retail store that seems to be very profitable.
Last, we only buy the products that are rational. We buy the products with low price and high quality, and
sell those products in high price. This method has been used in our company since the first quarter.
In our company, we mostly hire the employees with the higher skill than the city average skill
because this makes we get the qualified employees and to satisfy our customers to get the best service.
