Who May Avail of the Service:
The concessionaires of the Cantilan Water District with prior water service connection and
want it to be reconnected.
What are the Requirements:
For over one year old accounts:
1. Authorization from the owner if tenant
2. Fill up application form
3. Certificate of Residency from Barangay Captain
4. Previous billing notice or bill receipt
5. 1 valid I.D. with picture
6. Current residence certificate
7. Attends orientation arranged by the Customer Service anytime within the schedule of
service.

2 Hours and 23 minutes (excluding travel time and depending of the schedule of orientation)
