Magnum utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and ArcGIS, to support Gas & Oil land
acquisition projects in several states. Develop, maintain & manipulate databases, edit & formulate
information & liaising with internal & external contacts.

Webcor Builders is Californias largest building contractor, with over 3 Billion dollars in annual sales (ranked
in the top 30 within ENRs top 400 list). I was assigned to the LA Live project, constructing a combined
54 story J.W. Marriot & Ritz-Carlton Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The steel building included 878
Marriot hotel rooms, 123 Ritz-Carlton luxury hotel rooms, 214 Ritz-Carlton condominium residences, along
with elaborate meeting & ballroom facilities.
Responsible for project scheduling including base schedules, using Micro-Soft Project
Performed project cost analysis, prepare projections and progress reports
Achieved zero incident safety record for 100+ member team over the life of the project (Safety trained
& OSHA 30 certified)
Developed and maintained relationships with Architects, Engineers and Federal and State Code Officials
as needed during projects
Supervised 100+ person construction personnel comprised of statutory employees and third party subcontractors
Generated and maintained flow charts/schedules for job timelines & analyzed cost/progress data
