    Date of Submission of Assignment 16th March 2015 (Before 2 p.m.)

    For a given industry/ Sector, Analyze the Merger/ Acquisitions/ Takeovers happened in
    last 10 years.
    Select any three companies for your group (Each student - one company) from your
    industry/ sector and analyze the history and development behind that merger.
    Find out the rationale behind selected companies merger/acquisition/takeover and
    critically analyze the same.
    Analyze the financial performance of the company before and after merger (Consider
    ratios / financial information pre-post-merger ) and Comment on the financial position,
    improvements (if any) and your analysis.
