This Notice is to notify all Participants that ASX Settlement has suspended approval of the below listed class of
Financial Products issued by ILH Group Limited(Administrator Appointed) (the Issuer):

What do I need to do and by when?

The suspension took effect from 4.39 pm on Thursday, 18 December 2014.
Pursuant to ASX Settlement Operating Rules 8.4.1(a) and 8.4.1(d), ASX Settlement has suspended the above listed
class of the Issuers approved Financial Products following the appointment of Administrators.
Participants are advised that, as a result of the abovementioned suspension, in respect of the above listed class of the
Issuers approved Financial Products, CHESS will only process Messages affecting Holder registration details. Transfer
and/or Conversion Messages will not be processed, unless initiated by the Issuer.
Subject to ASX Settlement Rule 8.5.4, Participants are advised that ASX Settlement intends to revoke approval of the
above class of the Issuers Financial Products at End of Day on Thursday, 19 March 2015. At that time, all Holdings of
the above class of the Issuer's approved Financial Products on the CHESS Subregister will be converted to the Issuer
Sponsored Subregister. At the time the approval is revoked, the CHESS Subregister will be closed. This means that no
Messages to CHESS regarding this class of Financial Products will be processed after End of Day on Thursday, 19
March 2015.
