Instructions:

Check the rubric which describes the level of behaviour demonstrated. You must choose one of the three rubric levels (Ideas, Connections or Extensions).
There is no in-between designation.
Ensure you write two strengths and two recommendations for each learning outcome.

Field Placement I
To obtain a pass the student must
demonstrate behaviours in all 50 elements
at an Ideas level. It is possible for some of
the behaviours to be at a Connections or
Extensions level.

Field Placement II
To obtain a pass, the student must demonstrate
behaviours in at least 30 of the elements at a
Connections level. The remaining behaviours
must be at least at an Ideas level. It is possible for
some of the behaviours to be at an Extensions
level.

Field Placement III


To obtain a pass, the student must demonstrate
behaviours in 40 elements at a Connections
Level. The remaining 10 behaviours must be at
an Ideas level. It is possible for some of the
behaviours to be at an Extensions level.
