Personal Reflection
Critically reflect on your work thus far. How do you feel about your proposed program logic
model? What, if anything, has been frustrating about the design process? What have you found
to be the most interesting aspect of your logic model?
I feel that I may have created a model that is complex and needs explaining in detail.
Thus, the progression towards the outcomes without stated basic assumptions leaves closure to
be desired. The only frustration with my model is self-assurance before grading evaluations that
the choice of inputs, activities, output and outcomes are adequate to implement the process in a
logical manner since the progression from inputs to activities must be aligned with a central
theme. So far my frustrations about the adequacy of my model have been bridled by
confirmation from a learned college professor, Professor Rebecca Wardlow of Ashford
University. The most interesting part of the process model has been the coordination of inputs
with activities and in turn outputs because it takes critical thought and vision to create a
continuum within the constructs of the model.
