Business Need
This project has been initiated to improve and support the tracking of records of the
business transactions through developing computerized record keeping system.
Business Requirements
Using the computerized record keeping system, the business will be accurately
track customers records. The specific functionality of the system must include the
following:

The system will provide the schedule of the present and future transactions
and list of availability of personnel.
Keep track of the accounts of customers by having a bill of the transaction
electronically.
Recording proper amounts of customer accounts having balances in their
transactions.
Giving official receipts after the customers paid all of their balances in their
accounts.

Business Value
We expect that the system will improve relationship between customers by avoiding
conflict schedules through keeping track of the schedules provided by the system as
part of its main functions. We also expect that the record keeping system will
improve and hasten the collection of accounts which is one of the main problems of
the business through creating account lists and receipts of transactions
electronically. We also expect to have a proper record for tax purposes by providing
and recording the proper receipts. Through saving the transactions in computers it
is more efficient in recording and providing better security of the confidential
matters of the business through creating back-ups for contingency against
corruption of data.
The main benefit in the quantitative part of the system will be the savings retrieved
from the accounts that were not collected and the future transactions that should
have been made but were forfeited because of the inefficient recording of future
schedules agreed upon.
Special Issues
We have been alarmed of the accounts that were not collected because of the
inefficiency of the present way of recording the business data transactions, and we

request to provide a system as a counterpart of the loss suffered from the present
way of record keeping.
