    We have chosen to use the Diffusion Theory for our objective. It is a five-step
    process that will help us reach our objective.
    1. Awareness: In this stage a person will become aware of the mission of Hearts
    and Hands of Indiana.
    2. Interest: A person wants to know more about the mission of Hearts and
    Hands of Indiana, such as how to donate or volunteer.
    3. Evaluation: A person asks how the organization will benefit him. A person will
    ask for feedback from peers.
    4. Trial: A person will test out the information he/she has gained by donating
    time or money to Hearts and Hands of Indiana.
    5. Adoption: A person will start donating time or money to Hearts and Hands of
    Indiana on a regular basis or he will tell his friends about the mission.
