4. Participants with whom the activity was conducted
The participants the activity was completed with include Ms. Deals 9 th grade class, which was made up of about 20 students who seemed to be mainly women. Most students in the class were white, but many were other races/ethnicities as well. Considering the range of ability levels in the 9 th grade class, it was noted that some students were having trouble understanding the Career Clusters Interest Inventory worksheet, as well as also having a tough time understanding the directions of the follow-up activity. When it comes to the socioeconomic status of each of the students, it is unknown exactly what each students status is, but considering the socioeconomic status of the town the school is located within, then Ms. Deals class is most likely made up of middle to lower class individuals. 5. After completing the inventory, give Career Exploration handout 4. So, from what you just read on the handout. Could you list for me, out loud, where I could go to find information on careers?
