manydiseasesandphysicaldisordersbecauseofthecurrentstateoftheirhealthand
physicaleducationinschools.Developingunderstandingandrespectforthesetermsis
onewaythatwedidbackgroundresearchfortheexperimentsweveconducted.This

Humanbeingsaredependentonoxygen.Cellstakeinoxygenand
expelcarbondioxide.Thesystemresponsiblefortheexchangeof
oxygenisthecardiovascularsystem.Humansthatareabletointake
oxygenmoreefficientlycandocertainthingslikerunning,swimming,
andcyclingbetter.Becausetheseactivitiesrequirerapidoxidationof
cells,theyareconsideredaerobicactivities.Aerobichealthcanbe

helpstudentsbecomemoreactiveandfocusedinschool.Exerciseand
