Before the rise of Hitler, Germany was in a really poor state. Germany wasn't
the most powerful country at the time. They had a lot of problems and had to pay
up for lots of damages. The Germans were forced to sign the Treaty of Versailles,
and that (Don Nardo 21) resulted in conflict...and imposed... penalties on
Germany. (United States Holocaust museum)They also had to give up territory, pay
for damages, limit their military and that all led to dissatisfaction with the
government. (United States Holocaust Museum)

Not only did the Germans have imposed penalties but later on they also had to deal
with their enemies. The Military didnt give a heads up to the Germans back home
that the enemies were near. No fighting had ever taken place in German soil and
(Don Nardo 22) For...German people, defeat in 1918 came as a great shock, (Don
Nardo 22) because they wouldnt of thought that Germany would have been
defeated. Hitler gained support of the people because he promised them a lot of
things that they wanted to be promised to them. They supported Hitler because he
promised them things that they wanted, and the Nazis also promised to have
solutions for the peoples problems. Hitler promised to make Germany proud
and...People wanted to hear that (Why did people support Hitler), and he used the
Jews to blame for the problems. By giving The Jews the blame, Hitler made an
enemy. He made an enemy for his supporters and himself. Hitler said that all
Germanys problems had been caused by The Jews, and many people believed him
because they had nothing else to believe.

Not only did Hitler gain support of the people by promising them solutions to their
problems but he also used politicians or rallies to make the people think he was a
great dictator. The Nazis used political rallies so that the people would support
them, and they were broadcasted on radio and gathered many audiences. (Nazi
Propaganda). With those political rallies, Joseph Goebbels made the people view
Hitler as a very good dictator. Hitler used oratory skills to show patriotism of the
Germans by putting an end to restrictions from the Treaty of Versailles, and Hitler
had the aim to end the paying to reparations. (Nazi Propaganda) Hitler began to
solidify his power by expanding his military and making it better and more powerful.
Hitlers emergence as chancellor...marked a crucial turning point for Germany and,
ultimately, for the world (Adolf Hitler is named chancellor of Germany), and Hitler's
first plan as chancellor was to make Germany an undivided state. By doing that he
ordered a fast expansion of state police and also created a new security force that
was made up of only Nazis.

In addition to Hitler becoming chancellor he also demonstrated the Nazism by

showing the people that they were the best and that the Jews were very much
below them. Hitler protected the agreement for the president elections. The
Reichstag fire gave an excuse for an act, nullifying the agreement of freedom. Nazis
had gotten 43 percent of the votes on March 5th. Later on On March 21, The
Reichstag assembled in The Potsdam Garrison Church to demonstrate Nazism.
(Adolf Hitler: Dictator of Germany) On March 23rd, Hitler was granted full power.

While Hitler was strengthening his power he made people believe that he would
make a difference for Germany and that he will have solutions for everyones
problems. Hitler would lie to them about how good Germany will get because he
was in power. He told them that we would make a difference. Hitler knew how to
spread lies about the Jews resulting that the Nazis began to get support that it had
never attracted, (Charles Freeman 19, 20) and the Hitler youth movement started
to increase gradually. (The Hitler youth) The Hitler youth movement was made to
also attract the young boys and girls. Membership included both genders from the
age of 14 to 18(Charles Freeman 19, 20). Hitler Youth was important because
Germanys future of Nazism depended on the children of that time. Considering that
Hitler used lies to support the German adults, He also got the support to create a
group called Hitler Youth that would become important for him. Hitler youth
included 10 to 18 year olds, but there were separate organizations for boys and
girls. (Hitler Youth movement)The tasks for boys was to get ready for the military
so they learned military and athletic skills. Tasks for girls was to be ready for their
motherhood (Hitler Youth movement)

Hitler used his military in a way that would change things up for Germany. He
defeated countries during World War 2 and just dominated during early 1940s. On
September 1939, World War 2 started, and Hitler hoped World War 2 would lead to
control...Eurasia... with invasion of Poland (Adolf Hitler). After the war with France
and England, Hitler's military turned west. Germany would continue to dominate, In
Addition on April 1940, Denmark gave up. Between May and June the tank forces
beat France. After Germany defeated their enemies, Hitler who was very powerful at
the time, annexed other countries to gain more power. Hitler Marched into Rhine in
1936, and in 1938 he annexed Austria. He later also annexed Czechoslovakia and
invaded Poland in 1939, and because he annexed those countries he became to be
considered, and considered himself, a military genius. (World History Group) Hitler
had maintained total control when he annexed those parts of Europe. Hitlers
mistake that made things go terribly wrong for him. Things began to go terribly
wrong for Hitler when they invaded Russia. In 1941, Germany invaded Russia, and it
turned out to be a big mistake for Germany. Two years later, Germany retreated.
The western allies were also pressuring Germany at the time. Hitler left and was out
of touch, and in 1944, there was an unsuccessful assassination attempt, Hitler
had suspicion and terror. (Adolf Hitler) As a result of the invasion in the Soviet
Union, Hitler planned on ending his life for fear that he would have to stick with the
fact that he lost. On April 29th the Russians were getting near. Hitler had tested
poison on his dog then his Secretaries. Then on April 30th Hitler said goodbye to his
members. Preceding days...suddenly evaporate. With...realization that the end of
Hitler was near. (The history place) Later he had his last conference and he knew
the soviets were near. Hitler ordered gas to be delivered in the garden where he and
his wife was located. (The history place)

Hitler wanted to commit suicide because he was being pressured by the other
military and already saw that he was going to lose. He didnt want to live with the
fact that he was going to be defeated. Russians had forced into Germany. The gas
couldn't have destroyed Hitlers and Evas bones, but their bones werent found. On

May 7th, 1945 Germany surrendered to their enemies..., and Adolf Hitler...had
disappeared into the ashes. (Ayer 109) In Addition to the Soviets forcing into
Germany and Hitler's death, Hitler was recognized for his atrocious acts during
World War 2. Hitler's realm lasted starting from 1933 to 1945, and after that
Germany became less powerful. (History learning site) Later on Germanys Nazism
was proclaimed as evilness and Since the defeat of Germany in World War II Hitler
has been known for his disastrous and vicious acts. (History learning site)
